Just a month after turning 18 months since my evolution began. Evolution which is gradually being noticed as you can see. This month of August, I have trained more in the pool in which in a week-end I will finish and less in the gym. Because of this, my joint pains have subsided, so I will continue to train 3 days in the gym and 3 days walking.
I will not deny that this month is costing me more and therefore is more sacrificed, but you know what that saying says, "he who wants something, something costs." Little by little my healthy lifestyle puts more emphasis on my body and my mind. Improvement in my body through different physical activities like walking and sports through the gym and swimming make my thrombosis and therefore the APS or Antiphospholipid Syndrome (a rare disease) that I have take you more enjoyable.
I will help you during your change, with my guidance through food which matches your needs and taste, and with your training, even if it’s in the gym, at the hotel (if you are at home or on vacations) or even at home (due to not having much time to go to the gym)
Healthy food will join you all your life, so I will re-educate you which food is suitable for you.
I will show you through physical activities the benefits that your body and mind need for a correct functioning.
I will not deny it since I’ve been passed this, it will be hard. My biggest motivation was seeing that my body and mind needed that improvement. I will join you in your journey.
