Just a month after turning 18 months since my evolution began. Evolution which is gradually being noticed as you can see. This month of August, I have trained more in the pool in which in a week-end I will finish and less in the gym. Because of this, my joint pains have subsided, so I will continue to train 3 days in the gym and 3 days walking.
