I suffered Thrombosis, I was a Chef and after Thrombosis I was detected a Rare Disease called APS or Antiphospholipid Syndrome. Now I help people lead a Healthy Lifestyle.

Every time I value more what I cook and therefore what I eat, so buying good food is my priority and in the Food Market, I find them. This month I continued with my walks in the middle of nature, but also through the streets of my town, Ubrique.
