Like everything in life, it is necessary to start, regardless of age, the question is to be healthy and active. A few months ago I had the pleasure of joining the Ciudad de Arcos Athletics Club to motivate myself and run alongside great athletes who are there. Without ever forgetting that the basis of a good runner is a healthy food. First I have to walk and then little by little jog and finally run. This is an excellent physical activity that we can do both on the road and in the middle of nature.Featured photos :
