Remember: It’s not a strict diet, it’s eating healthy…
This pizza is suitable for all those people who feel bloated when eating flours, and it is a healthy way to eat them without the contribution of them. As you will see, it is a very easy recipe to cook, and even more so, to enjoy! Recipe for 2 people or rather two pizzas. Everything tastes better #AtHomeWithGastronomyandFitness.Ingredients: 250 grs. Cauliflower 250 grs. Cheese 1 Egg 100 grs. Tuna 60 grs. Tomato Sauce Oregano Elaboration:
STEP 1: Grate the cauliflower or mash with the help of a food processor. Then place in a closed container, suitable for microwave and heat 10 minutes. While we grate the cheese, it can be semi-cured or cured. Remove the container from the microwave and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Incorporate 200 grs. of cheese, mix and then add the egg. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
STEP 2: Place a parchment paper at the base of the baking tray. Then add our cauliflower dough with the help of a spoon at the base of the tray and make as if it were a round or square pizza like ours (see photo). Bake 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Remove from the oven and with the help of a spoon spread the homemade tomato sauce (see attached link). Then add oregano to taste, the flaked tuna and finally the remaining cheese. Place in the oven until the cheese has melted. Enjoy and share! Everything tastes better #AtHomeWithGastronomyandFitness.
